Can I return or cancel my order?

For hygienic reasons, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted. All nail sets are made to order, and production begins immediately after purchase.

What happens if my package is delayed, damaged, or lost?

Once your package has been shipped, we no longer have control over it. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by the courier.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

What are your shipping times?

• UK Free Standard Shipping (2nd Class): 2–3 working days

• International / Europe Standard Shipping: 7–10 working days

• Processing Time: 3–5 working days (before shipping). Extra 2 days extra if ordering sizing kit

Will my nails look exactly like the photos?

• Colours may vary depending on your screen or device

• Designs may appear slightly different on different nail shapes and sizes

• Nail lengths may vary due to individual nail beds

Are the nails made with gel or acrylic?

All nail sets are made completely with gel. Please bear this in mind when ordering or sending acrylic nail inspiration.

How do I make sure my press-ons fit correctly?

For the most accurate fit, we highly recommend adding a £2 sizing kit to your first order. We cannot be held responsible if the sizing is incorrect and no sizing kit was used beforehand. Proper sizing ensures comfort and durability of your set.

What is included in my order?

Each order includes 10 custom-sized nails and a complete application kit, which contains: nail glue, glue tabs, alcohol pads, mini nail file, mini buffer, and a cuticle stick.
