Q: Are all cases and items identical?
A: Junk cases are handmade and customised, so while the overall design will be similar, you can expect slight variations or placement of charms and details.
Q: Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, once payment has been received, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds. All items are made to order, and production begins immediately after we receive your order.
Q: What is the processing and shipping time?
A: Processing time is 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping time is 2-3 business days after processing. (UK)
International tracked and signed for shipping -
Europe - 3-5 business days, Worldwide - 5-7 business days
Q: What happens if my package is delayed or damaged during shipping?
A: Once the package is sent for shipping, we no longer have control over it and cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages.
Q: What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
A: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check the address before placing your order.
Q: Is there an additional cost for shipping?
A: Shipping is free !
Q: Do you customise cases for all phone models?
A: Yes, we customise cases for non-iPhone models as well. However, please allow an additional 5 days for processing unless the model is in stock.
Q: How do I ensure I get the design I want?
A: Inspiration pictures are highly encouraged for custom designs. Be as specific as possible to help us create your perfect case.
Q: Are custom cases subject to charm availability?
A: Yes, custom cases are subject to the availability of charms. If a specific charm is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options to choose from.
